Not that I was ever a big drinker. Being legal seemed to be the THING! I have to admit though, having gray hair and looking OLDER then 21, it is fun to be carded at 59 now. I know it is a HAVE TO DO thing but I like it. Makes me feel young.Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10211965720334593365noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170423875365707527.post-54719360940486521752019-08-29T05:16:20.193+01:002019-08-29T05:16:20.193+01:00I always looked younger too, even after having chi...I always looked younger too, even after having children. It didn't help that I married at 18 and preferred jeans and t-shirts with sneakers instead of "grown-up" clothes. I remember when I was 28 and my youngest was newborn an older woman, about 60 I think, told me I was a nice young girl helping out my mother by minding the kids for the day. I'm 67 now and it shows in my hands Riverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14794655013673748992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170423875365707527.post-80830853114734719502019-08-17T09:21:26.570+01:002019-08-17T09:21:26.570+01:00I hope you won some money to help you get over the...I hope you won some money to help you get over the shock!Around My Kitchen Tablehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01840917368903178857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170423875365707527.post-77822878608835284812019-08-17T09:20:06.634+01:002019-08-17T09:20:06.634+01:00That's a shame! I was shocked. I didn't think I looked that young. (I was with my mother and her friend. They told me to enjoy it.) I haven't been carded since. Of course, I go into casinos... well, that might have been the last time, and I don't drink, so it's not like it's necessary.Liz A.https://www.blogger.com/profile/16531953467834426316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170423875365707527.post-73592343791632010212019-08-16T19:53:13.253+01:002019-08-16T19:53:13.253+01:00THey asked for my ID at a BB game in Atlanta when ...THey asked for my ID at a BB game in Atlanta when I was 50 and I thought that was great until my brother told me they ask for ID from EVERYONE without even looking, to avoid any issues.joehhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08520161706680568508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170423875365707527.post-41057400945147084032019-08-16T16:56:28.388+01:002019-08-16T16:56:28.388+01:00Cute post.
